Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-year technology strategy roadmap targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Define ethical frameworks for next-generation technology adoption and deployment
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across R&D initiatives and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain technologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (2025-2030)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and market forecasting
- Certification in technology management or innovation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, PMP)
