Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments for strategic advantage
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
- Mentor engineers and product managers on future-proofing methodologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Partner with sustainability teams to develop carbon-neutral tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets and launching innovative products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps transformation
- Strong network with venture capital and academic research institutions
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)

- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
