Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, etc.)
- Design innovation frameworks for next-generation products and services
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with growth initiatives
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
