Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across technology verticals
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Experience with global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
