- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and emerging regulations impacting tech adoption
- Lead the creation of our 'Tech for Good' sustainability program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with cross-border tech policy and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Strong background in scaling tech teams across multiple continents
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
