- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020+ roadmap delivery
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech infrastructure
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 leadership
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier-1 institution
- Track record of securing $10M+ R&D budgets for emerging tech initiatives
