- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable and ethical tech implementation
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive technology shifts
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent industry innovation leadership
