Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026+ horizon) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D on prototyping future-proof solutions
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting technology deployment
- Build partnerships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech assessment (AI/ML, quantum, IoT)
- Experience with agile development and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
- MSc or MBA in relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals a plus
