Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts

- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment and societal impact assessment
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for 2026 tech readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs for 2026 market entry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety)
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Executive-level communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, white papers, conference keynotes)
- Fluency in ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
