Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and their competitive implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with leading tech startups and research institutions
- Oversee the integration of futuristic technologies into core product ecosystems
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategy
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
