Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and evaluate next-gen startups for strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging technologies
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planningStrong background in AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech ecosystems
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management a plus
