Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and technology forecasting
- Strong project management with PMP or equivalent certification
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
