Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market positioning
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities and implementation strategies
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to anticipate market shifts and position InnovateNext Labs for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize market data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) preferred
