Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruptor scenario planning
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech giants
- Present technology vision and impact assessments to executive leadership and board members
- Drive innovation pipeline management from ideation to market validation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Executive presence with experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
