Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching scalable tech products with $10M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research on technology forecasting or disruptive innovation
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (e.g., UN SDGs)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) preferred
