Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Engineering or equivalent breakthrough experience
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ at Fortune 100 level
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum AI
- Proven track record of commercializing bleeding-edge tech
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and sustainable tech
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
