- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for pilot projects and R&D partnerships

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or CTO-level experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech ecosystems for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics tools
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers/patents)
