Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI-powered forecasting models to predict technological adoption curves
- Architect cross-industry ecosystems integrating quantum computing, biotech, and clean energy solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business transformation goals
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Drive innovation through Horizon's Future Lab incubator program
- Represent Horizon at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Fluency in at least two major programming languages (Python, R, or Julia)
