Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces (AR/VR, haptics, brain-computer)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI ethics, climate tech) for strategic implementation
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with measurable ROI projections
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions on future tech regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user bases or $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on technology convergence topics
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or Millennium Project)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Rust) and ML frameworks
