- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, decentralized systems) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation workshops with global stakeholders to align on future-state technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with proven track record of commercializing innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
