- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital convergence)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic briefings to board members and regulatory bodies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale digital transformations
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Austin, Boston)
