- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology evolution

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading quantum computing or AI initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author in IEEE or Nature on disruptive technologies
- Experience with government tech policy (e.g., NSF, DARPA)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
- Validated ability to scale solutions from prototype to enterprise deployment
