Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 sustainability targets and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems for carbon reduction
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with ROI modeling
- Manage $5M annual R&D portfolio for future tech incubation
- Author white papers on digital transformation for industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Sustainability (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Architecture (TOGAF/ITIL) and ESG reporting
- Deep expertise in climate-positive tech frameworks (SBTi, GRI)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
