Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof technologies into core operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to board stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and mentor a high-performing technology strategy team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and neurotech landscapes
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
