Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market opportunity assessments for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives and ESG principles
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships for technology scouting
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for high-impact future technology projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and research institutions
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic innovation credential
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
