Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead client workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof digital transformations
- Conduct horizon scanning across global tech ecosystems to identify paradigm-shifting innovations
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical adoption of exponential technologies
- Manage portfolio of future-tech incubation projects with $5M+ annual budget
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on business resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of executing future-focused initiatives (2020-2025) for enterprise clients
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFA Institute FDP) or technology foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, or equivalent)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
