Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead competitive intelligence analysis and emerging technology assessment (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Drive innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions with executive stakeholders
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection frameworks for next-gen innovations
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for future technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to board members and investor committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and technology disruption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling and investment analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
