Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen solutions (AI/ML, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and startup integration
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
