- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for large-scale transformation
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Quantify ROI for emerging technologies and create implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services in tech-forward industries
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CSTM)
