Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and assess business impact through rigorous market research
- Develop and execute multi-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in AR/VR, AI, and IoT
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with financial growth objectives
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor committees
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks
