Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with ESG goals and sustainability mandates
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators for future tech validation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee prototype development of next-gen solutions including neural interfaces and autonomous systems
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers on future tech trends
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent futurist accreditation
