Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Oversee prototype development for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, neuromorphic, or bio-integrated systems
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful innovations
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
