Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company vision and market disruption goals
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT, AR/VR) for enterprise integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and board with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 10+ technologists and researchers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts to preempt market opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated implementation success
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience scaling global innovation teams and managing R&D budgets $10M+
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or peer-reviewed research
- Certifications in AI ethics, quantum computing, or technology foresight preferred
