Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to inform strategic roadmaps through 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing future-focused product innovation frameworks
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 5-year innovation horizons
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions in our state-of-the-art innovation labs
- Present strategic insights at industry forums and shape thought leadership on technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Track record of launching innovative products with 5+ year lifecycle planning
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting work and strategic roadmaps
