Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Design scalable architectures for next-gen data ecosystems and decentralized networks
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research or patents in future technology fields
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for tech disruption
- Strong track record of implementing $10M+ tech transformation initiatives
- Fluency in at least one major programming language (Python, Rust, etc.)
