Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap for quantum/AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with 15-20% annual budget allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in AI/quantum implementation at scale
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulations
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
