Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized systems) with published research or patents
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
