You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technological initiatives with business objectives, ensuring our innovations not only anticipate future needs but actively shape them.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business goals
- Lead innovation workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies for investment
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate vision into actionable plans
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
