Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing quantum/AI solutions
- Deep expertise in tech ethics and regulatory compliance
- Experience with futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
