- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech adoption
- Lead a high-performing team of 15+ engineers, researchers, and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Experience managing >$50M innovation budgets and cross-functional global teams
- Strong background in enterprise architecture and digital transformation
