Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and market disruptions
- Architect scalable frameworks integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and advanced AI systems
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers and domain experts
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical AI deployment and governance
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with quarterly strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Experience leading global remote teams across 3+ time zones
