Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies for 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI ethics, quantum integration, and metaverse infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neural interfaces, synthetic biology, quantum computing) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI on future-facing initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members, translating technical concepts into business value propositions
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Build and lead a specialized Future Technology incubation unit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces, blockchain 3.0)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents, or conference keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology scenario planning and impact analysis
