- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess strategic viability
- Drive innovation through agile methodologies and rapid experimentation frameworks
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure technology ROI and impact
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong financial modeling and business case development capabilities
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum or technology foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
