Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ innovation cycles
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Secure IP portfolios for breakthrough technologies in emerging markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
