Responsibilities
- Architect a 5-year technology roadmap targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships or acquisition
- Present futuristic technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Pioneer industry-first applications in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop regulatory compliance frameworks for next-gen tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite/VP roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
