Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for market integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and strategic impact
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published research or patents
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in technology budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Global perspective with experience leading cross-cultural, remote teams
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, scenario planning)
