Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage relationships with venture partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, decentralized tech, or biotech
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
