Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Expertise in market analysis frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, TOWS matrix)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud Quantum AI)
