- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish industry partnerships for technology co-development
- Author white papers on future-facing tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record scaling technology initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neurotech)
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with federal grant applications for R&D projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for APAC partnerships)
