Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech opportunities with $1B+ market potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor senior engineers in future-proofing architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching category-defining products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience building and leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journal
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
